Digital Product Return Policy

Important Note: All digital products (including e-codes, software, downloadable files) are non-returnable and non-refundable after purchase, except in the exceptional cases outlined below.

1. Nature of Digital Products

Due to the nature of the digital products we offer:

  • They are delivered immediately after payment.
  • They cannot be returned after delivery.
  • They are subject to the developer’s license terms.

2. Exceptional Return Cases

We accept return requests only in the following cases:

  • Invalid code: After confirmation by technical support.
  • Product does not match the description: With clear proof.
  • Wrong product delivered: Such as incorrect version or language.

Claim Conditions:

  • Report within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Provide clear evidence (screenshots, video).
  • Do not attempt to activate the code more than twice.

3. Claim Submission Process

  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Date and time of purchase
    • Detailed description of the issue
  3. We will verify the issue within 3 business days.
  4. If approved:
    • A replacement code will be sent
    • Or a refund will be issued if replacement is not possible
  5. Refund Processing Time:
    • Refunds will be processed promptly. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution, typically within 5–7 business days.
    • We guarantee a full refund if conditions are met.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

  • If the code has been successfully activated.
  • Device compatibility issues.
  • Failure to review technical specifications before purchase.
  • Conflicts caused by antivirus or firewall programs.

5. Privacy & Verification

To protect both the customer and provider, we may require:

  • Video recording of the issue.
  • Communication with the software provider to verify the claim.
  • We reserve the right to reject incomplete or non-compliant requests.
